Meagan Read
DIRECTOR / SALES CONSULTANT
Driven by a dream to establish a real estate agency which offered more, Principal Meagan founded MeaganReadProperty in 2017 shaping it into the company and independent brand we know today. When Meagan was looking for her own house upon moving to Queensland from Victoria, she remembers an overwhelming feeling of not being listened to, with no effort made to find what was right for her.
Although it required hard work and sacrifice to set up her own agency, Meagan was determined to improve the real estate journey for others. Meagan strives to have her clients feel heard and included, MeaganReadProperty is a family boutique business offering their clients a supportive team environment, as every negotiation is skilfully managed with Meagan’s trademark warmth and confidence.
Meagan lives local and has built up fantastic resources in the area along with invaluable insider knowledge enabling her to offer advice and support on any home-related matter. Repeat clients cite this as one of the reasons they keep coming back to Meagan, along with her caring attitude.

Renae Duff

Renae is your award-winning local expert with 15 years successful selling experience. She has sold properties from Beaudesert to South Maclean and all of the surrounding areas. Dedicated and motivated, Renae goes above & beyond to get the best results for her clients.
Living in the same area that she works in means Renae can offer more than just her excellent selling expertise. She also offers valuable local knowledge from her local perspective. Away from the office, Renae enjoys spending time with her 3 adult children, Travis, Ethan & Brogan. She also has 3 dogs & 1 super spoilt cat. She loves checking out the local craft markets and gardening at home. Renae is also a member of the Beaudesert Lions Club, she enjoys volunteering to help the local community.
Brooke Fordham
SALES CONSULTANT/ MARKETING
DIRECTOR / OFFICE SUPPORT
After ten years in the hairdressing industry, in 2016 Brooke opted for a career change. Now she has followed in her mother’s footsteps to pursue a career in property.
Brooke loves the challenges that working in the real estate industry have presented on a daily basis. She enjoys the variety of the job and working with a highly motivated team. The team together are constantly striving to excel.
Brooke is motivated by working with a diverse range of clients. Her passion is helping her clients find their perfect home. She loves assisting buyers and investors in the negotiation process, as well as everything that comes with purchasing your new home. Brooke works alongside our sales team to ensure our clients needs are met, she handles all our contracts, forms, social media and is our go to girl for all things marketing. You will often find Brooke at our open homes.
Amanda Wright
Sales Consultant & Senior Property Manager
With an extensive background in small business and commercial property management, Amanda transitioned to residential sales and property management in 2019. The career change was motivated by her personal experience with the residential real estate industry which had left her at best underwhelmed and at worst positively dissatisfied. Feeling that she could bring something more to the industry, Amanda initially worked as a property manager for a portfolio of 150 properties. Her focus was on excellent customer service and building great relationships with her owners and tenants.
Amanda’s move to Meagan Read Property was accompanied by her discovery of her love of the sales process. Achieving some great results in her short time in this field, she has found that her natural ability to relate to both sellers and buyers has enabled her to quickly develop a reputation for been friendly, honest and hard working. With a special interest in equine properties she understands what horse owners are looking for in their next property, giving her a leading edge in this type of sale transaction.
Amanda is local to the area, residing in Tamborine Village. She enjoys spending time with her horses and dogs and is an active member of several local clubs and organisations.
Toni Wright
SALES CONSULTANT
Toni Wright is a passionate real estate sales agent who has been a local to the area for 17 years. She previously worked as a Strata Manager for 10 + years assisting owners/ tenants within the buildings she managed regarding their ongoing requests and queries.
Her Strata Management role required enforcing rules around common property and preparing budgets for owners committees regarding building insurances, repairs and more. A corporate role that required extraordinary management and communication skills. Her history in this role has been pivotal to her understanding of the property market today.
Toni is an honest, reliable and trustworthy agent who also holds a Justice of the Peace license enabling her to sign important documents as a qualified witness. Toni is invested in the success of each property sale. She goes above and beyond to ensure the process is smooth for her clients and buyers in the market.
Ryan Trama
SALES CONSULTANT
With almost a decade of experience as an Educator and school Principal, Ryan understands the importance of developing strong and positive relationships, with buyers and sellers, to ensure the best possible results.
Through his experience in the classroom and in various leadership roles in schools, Ryan has developed a unique set of interpersonal skills, making him an excellent communicator, with a friendly and approachable persona. Ryan’s favourite motto, ‘The standard you walk past, is the standard you accept’, is a quality that he instilled in students, and is one that he brings to the Real Estate Industry.
Ryan’s passion for real estate, is driven by the strong relationships he builds with clients and the results he achieves for them. He is excited to be a part of the Meagan Read Property team, is futures-orientated, and will work tirelessly to achieve the best price for your property.
